This company is just the worst. They make a killing by slapping on high fees for their way overpriced product, rather than providing something genuinely helpful. I gave their product a shot for a little while to see how it stacked up against AirDNA, and I quickly found out that the quality of the data was lacking. The calculations were often off, the heat maps wouldn’t load properly, and the link between Zillow and MLS was all out of whack. To make matters worse, I accidentally cancelled just a few hours after the free trial ended, and they flat out refused to refund me. I have a strong feeling that a lot of the glowing reviews were penned by the company itself, since they seem to lean heavily on paid affiliate promotions. I seriously recommend steering clear of this company at all costs!
